I am proud to announce that I will once again be participating as a writer in That 24-Hour Thing during San Diego Fringe Festival. The morning of Saturday, July 1st, six writers – including myself – will receive prompts. We will then have 24 hours to each write a ten-minute play. On Sunday morning, the plays are handed off to directors and actors. They furiously rehearse all day and then the plays are performed (completely off-script!) that evening. It’s a whirlwind of activity, and the results are always entertaining! This will be my third time participating in That 24-Hour Thing (which is now in it’s 4th year!), and my 5th time participating in an event of this nature. The performance will be at 6:30pm in the Neil Morgan Auditorium at the central library downtown. Admission is free, but arrive early – this event always fills up!
